"Decent makeup, but the shade range feels limited"
The makeup itself works fine and wears well, but the shade range is definitely missing some options. I don’t really buy the usual polished brand talk about being “inclusive” when I still had a hard time finding a good match. It’s okay overall, but they could do better.

"Shipping was faster than I figured"
I ordered a few things from e.l.f. and assumed it would take at least a week, but it showed up in about 4 days. Tracking updated fine too, so I wasn’t left guessing. The box was a little squished, and I immediately thought something inside was probably messed up, but everything was fine. Taking off one star for the packaging, but overall it was a smooth experience.

"Order was right, just had one small hiccup"
My order arrived with everything I picked out, and the shades were exactly what I expected, which was a relief. The box was a little banged up when it got here, so I was slightly nervous opening it, but thankfully nothing was missing or damaged. Overall, I’m happy with the experience and would definitely order again. It’s always such a good feeling when you get exactly what you hoped for.

I had a smooth time shopping on elfcosmetics.com. The site loaded quickly, and I was able to find what I needed without clicking around too much. Checkout was straightforward too. My only issue was that a few shades were out of stock, which was kind of annoying. I also wish there were clearer instructions or notes about restocks or what to do if your shade isn’t available

"Finally, nothing feels hidden"
I really appreciate that the ingredients are listed clearly on each product page. Maybe it's just me being suspicious, but I always feel like companies try to bury that stuff in tiny print or make you click through five pages to find it. Here, it’s right there, easy to check, and it makes choosing what to buy way less stressful.

"Surprisingly gentle on my sensitive skin"
I was a little nervous this would make me break out, because my skin reacts to the smallest things. But so far it’s been totally fine. It feels really light, doesn’t leave that sticky film around my nose or chin, and my face hasn’t gotten itchy at all. I also noticed it doesn’t make my cheeks feel tight after a few minutes, which I really appreciate

I ordered the wrong shade and assumed the return was going to be annoying right away. But nope, my first impression was wrong. The steps were super clear, customer service answered my question nicely, and the refund came through faster than I expected. Painless overall, which I definitely appreciate.

I grabbed a few e.l.f. products and was a little surprised by how decent they were. The primer did help my makeup last through most of the day, and the concealer didn’t get all cakey on me. Not saying it’s perfect or anything, but for the price, I’m happy with it

"They came through eventually"
My order just kind of sat there for a few days with no updates, so I finally reached out to customer service. I’ll admit I was a little annoyed, especially since it took about a day to hear back, but the person who replied was friendly and actually looked into it for me.

They sent over the tracking details, and the package showed up not long after that. I wouldn’t call it super fast support, but to be fair, they did sort it out and were polite about it...

"Pretty good overall, with one small letdown"
I liked these overall and the quality seems solid to me. Most of the palettes worked well, but one of them felt a little chalky when I used it. Not a dealbreaker, just something I noticed compared to the others.

I’m happy with this. The prices are really low, but the makeup still works well and doesn’t feel like cheap stuff. Shipping was fine too, so overall I don’t really have any complaints about it.
